3D Printing
Print your enclosure, spare part or thesis model. Filament is free for student projects.
Our 3D printing service is open to all computer science students. Whether you need an enclosure for your hardware project, spare parts, or a prototype for your thesis – you can print your 3D models with us.
Our Printers
- Our Printers: We maintain several modern 3D printers that are regularly serviced and calibrated.
- Filament & Costs: For student projects and theses, we provide PLA and PETG in various colors free of charge within reasonable limits. For larger or strictly private prints, we ask for a small donation to cover material costs.
How It Works
Send us your STL files or G-code via email in advance, or drop by Room 0.001 with a USB drive during office hours. Our 3D printing experts are happy to help you with slicer settings.
